No Show Policy
“We respect and value your time, and in turn, we ask that you please be kind enough to respect and value ours. We are here before and after patients; we finish each day preparing for the next. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice, or you will be charged a $50.00 NO-SHOW fee.” This rule also applies to anyone who schedules within 24 hours of the appointment time, as you have taken an available time slot from another patient.
Walk-In Policy
We’re happy to welcome walk-in patients Monday through Thursday during our regular business hours, and on Friday during our Friday operating hours. Please note that on Fridays, Trish may not be available to see patients depending on her schedule, as she completes administrative duties and attends meetings on that day.
Walk-ins are intended for semi-urgent concerns and are not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a condition that may require immediate hospitalization, please seek emergency care. If you’re unsure whether your issue qualifies, don’t hesitate to give us a call—we’re happy to guide you.
Because walk-ins are not scheduled appointments, you may need to wait to be seen. Scheduled visits are prioritized, so we appreciate your patience and understanding. We promise to do our best to see you as quickly as possible.
Thank you for trusting us with your care!
Late Arrival
“We understand things happen, and you may run late; however, all patients are expected to arrive at their scheduled time. Once you are past 5 minutes late, you may lose your place in line and may need to reschedule.
Self Pay Policy
For patients choosing to self-pay:
New patients: $165 per visit
Established patients: $125 per visit
Any additional services, procedures, labs, or products provided during your visit must be paid in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or personal checks.
Thank you for your understanding and prompt payment.
Insurance Policy
Insurance & Payment Policy
Our practice is in-network with most major insurance plans. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that their insurance covers services at our office and to understand any co-pays, deductibles, or coverage limitations.
All co-pays and applicable charges are due at the time of service. If your insurance requires pre-authorization or has specific coverage rules, please get in touch with your insurer before your visit to avoid unexpected charges.
We are happy to assist with insurance questions, but verification of coverage is ultimately the patient’s responsibility.
We do not accept the following insurances
Healthy Blue
UHC Golden Rule
Text Messaging Policy
We are happy to offer text messaging as a convenient way to communicate simple questions with our office.
Texting is appropriate for:
Brief, non-urgent questions
Appointment scheduling or changes
Medication refill requests
Clarification of instructions
Texting is not appropriate for:
New or worsening symptoms
Complex medical concerns
Detailed medical decision-making
Emergencies
Text messaging does not replace office visits. Some concerns require an in-person or telemedicine appointment to ensure you receive safe and thorough care. If your question is complex, we may ask you to schedule a visit.
If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide timely, high-quality care to all patients.
