Annual Wellness Visits

Your annual wellness visit focuses on preventive care, including health screenings, vaccines, wellness counseling, fasting lab discussion and draw, and a review of ways to help you stay healthy.

New symptoms, chronic-condition concerns, medication changes, refill requests requiring discussion, and review of lab results require a separate problem-focused appointment. This allows adequate time to address each concern thoroughly.

Please be aware that if medical concerns are addressed during a preventive visit, your insurance may apply a copay, deductible, or other out-of-pocket cost.
